It’s getting hot out there !! But we still had a pretty good turnout for our first match on summer hours. Jim and Bill gave us five stages, all ten rounds unless otherwise stated.
Sixty seconds to fire a maximum of 15 rounds on Stage One. Engaging a single 250yd. target from prone supported position.
Sweep far to rear and repeat on Stage Two, with targets at 400, 300, 200 and 100yds. Bonus points for all hits on the farthest target. Sitting supported. No sight adjustment after the first shot.
A ‘shoot-til-you-hit, shoot-til-you-miss’ scenario on Stage Three, with targets at 200 and 300yds. Using a 55 gallon barrel for support.
Another ‘shoot-til-you-hit, shoot-til-you-miss’ scenario on Stage Four, offhand with targets at 150 and 200yds. And six pistol rounds at a medium 25yd. target.
Stage Five, the tie breaker, started with the grenade pitch and then six pistol rounds at a small 25yd. target. Engage until hit and then move with targets at 125, 160 and 220yds. From any unsupported position.
Possible high score of 73.
